As a Certified Light Therapist, I have had the privilege of witnessing the remarkable benefits light therapy can bring to individuals' lives. Light therapy, also known as Photobiomodulation, is a non-invasive treatment that utilizes specific wavelengths of light to stimulate cellular rejuvenation, boost mood, promote wound healing, enhance overall well-being and so much more. However, it can be disheartening when individuals express frustration about not seeing desired results while failing to maintain consistency with their light therapy sessions because I know how transformative light therapy can be! So let's chat more about the importance of being consistent with your light therapy sessions, while also acknowledging that it is a marathon, not a sprint. Everyone responds differently to light therapy so it is important to give it time and establish red light therapy routine you will stick with long term. 


Understanding Light Therapy:
Before we delve into the significance of creating a light therapy routine, let's take a moment to understand how light therapy works. Light therapy involves exposure to artificial light sources that mimic natural sunlight. This therapy aims to regulate our body's internal clock, known as the circadian rhythm, which plays a vital role in managing various bodily functions, including sleep patterns, hormone production, and mood regulation.

The Power of Maintaining A Red Light Therapy Routine:
Consistency is the key to unlocking the full potential of any therapeutic approach, and light therapy is no exception.
