I have been using it on my feet while I work! I have a desk job and my feet get swollen during the day so I decided to buy this wrap with the stands and it’s perfect! I just set it and forget it!
I am very new to RLT and started incorporating RLT after attending the Mitochondrial Energy Summit a few weeks ago. I purchased the torch because it was on sale and the ability to use it as a spot treatment without the need to get fully undressed like the tabletop panel appealed to me. A few things to mention are that a thoughtfully designed case is included along with 2 batteries, charger, cleaning cloth, torch cover, fiber head attachment, manual, sunglasses (better than the goggles that came with the table top) and acupuncture chart. If that wasn't enough the torch has blue light and a pulsing setting. Sandra sent a personal thank you with the torch and is very responsive to any emails I sent. Since starting RLT I've purchased all of my devices from Light Therapy Resources. I've used the torch for a painful joint in my big toe, and experienced immediate relief. I'm excited for the neck wrap to arrive so I can begin using that on my neck where I hold alot of pain from spinal surgery along time ago.

I have been waiting to give my review of the torch so that I had ample time to use it and get a feel for how well it worked. If I were to have given my review right away, it would absolutely have been 5 stars, but that would have been based solely on how wonderful, kind and knowledgeable that Sandra is!! Apparently I was her very first virtual appointment! She is incredibly giving of her time, and also with her knowledge of all things pain management in areas outside the normal pain management routes.
So, getting on with the review…I have come to love the Red Light Therapy Torch!! Literally use it everyday on various areas of my body as I am a chronic pain patient at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore. The amount of uses that the small but mighty torch provides are numerous. But as a starter in the red light therapy game, this was the perfect tool for me to use and get comfortable with. Additionally, it’s exceptionally powerful for such a small device!! I love that it helps with my particular pain issues, but it’s also great for general skin health, healing, which is something I struggle with post-cancer, and also helping to generate blood flow to areas where I need it as a person with avascular necrosis. So, I certainly would recommend this Red Light Therapy Torch over all others as its power output and quality cannot be beat. I researched everything out there for so long, and thankfully I came across Light Therapy Resource and Sandra!! As a starter, or Ben just as a more targeted red light tool, this torch cannot be beat. But believe me that after I buy one for my parents, I will be looking to buy a larger panel to help with full body coverage and issues.
