Hi! I'm Sandra, the founder of Light Therapy Resource and this is my amazing daughter Riley. After suffering from chronic osteoarthritis pain for years and missing out on too many activities with her, I discovered the benefits of light therapy and took back control of my life! I also discovered there is little guidance or education regarding how to use these light therapy devices. I embarked upon a journey to truly understand how to harness the power of light energy for better overall health and wellness and to be able to offer these resources to support others in their health journey.

I became a Certified Light Therapist (CLT) and have built a team dedicated to creating the educational tools and resources you need to fully harness the potential of light therapy.
