Hi! I'm Sandra, the founder of Light Therapy Resource and this is my amazing daughter Riley. After suffering for years with chronic pain and inflammation and missing out on too many activities with her, I discovered the benefits of light therapy and took back control of my life!

During my quest to learn everything I could about light therapy, I discovered there is little guidance or education regarding how to use light therapy safely and effectively. I embarked upon a journey to truly understand how to harness the power of light energy for better overall health and wellness and to be able to offer these resources to support others in their health journey.

I became a Certified Light Therapist (CLT) and built a team dedicated to creating the educational tools and resources you need to fully harness the potential of light therapy. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, we've got you covered. Our resources are designed to help you maximize the benefits of light therapy in your daily life. Most recently in 2025, after a severe ankle injury, I was diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). I again began a quest to find answers and support. In the end, I found alternative therapies including the innovative Calmare Scrambler Therapy that got me back to living my best life again! In fact, I purchased the device in order to be able to offer this therapy here in my hometown alongside Dr. Damon Orlando, one of the most experienced providers in the country!

Now as a Functional Medicine Practitioner, Certified Light Therapist, and Scrambler Therapy Technician, I specialize in helping people who feel stuck in chronic pain find real solutions. My work blends science-backed technology with root-cause healing to support the nervous system, reduce inflammation, and restore function. I have seen first hand what a multi-modality, multi-disciplinary approach can do and my goal is to offer everything under one roof, at an affordable price!

I also bring something deeply personal to this work — I am a CRPS and Fibromyalgia warrior myself. I understand what it feels like to live with pain that others don’t always see or fully understand. That lived experience shapes the way I practice: with empathy, persistence, determination and a belief that improvement is possible even when traditional approaches have failed.

My mission is simple — to help you get out of pain and back to living your life. Whether that means playing with your kids, returning to work, traveling, or simply waking up without fear of the day ahead, I am here to guide you with innovative therapies and personalized care every step of the way. I will never give up on you!
