Hi! I'm Sandra, the founder of Light Therapy Resource and this is my amazing daughter Riley. I discovered the benefits of light therapy when it was still largely unknown here in the United States and most sellers had no idea what they were selling. As a result, I became a Certified Light Therapist and built a team dedicated to creating the educational tools and resources needed to fully harness the potential of light therapy. Our resources are designed to help you maximize the benefits of light therapy in your daily life and our customers receive a lifetime of free access with every purchase from our store!

In addition to the retail side of the business, I am also a Functional Medicine Practitioner, Certified Light Therapist, and Scrambler Therapy Technician. I specialize in helping people who feel "stuck" find new possibilities for care. My approach blends innovative, science-backed technology with a root-cause perspective to support the nervous system, calm inflammation, enhance cellular energy and repair, and help restore healthier communication between the brain and body so you can get "unstuck"!

I also believe the best outcomes happen when care is collaborative. That’s why I partner with experienced physicians and healthcare providers to help ensure you have access to a full spectrum approach to care. When appropriate, we work alongside your existing medical team or help connect you with trusted professionals who can support you from multiple angles.

I bring something deeply personal to this work — I am a Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) and Fibromyalgia warrior myself. I understand what it feels like to live with pain that others don’t see or fully understand. That lived experience shapes the way I practice: with empathy, persistence, and a belief that improvement is possible even when traditional approaches have failed.

My mission is simple — to help you get you "unstuck" and back to living your life. Whether that means playing with your kids, returning to work, traveling, or simply waking up without fear of the day ahead, I am here to guide you with innovative therapies and personalized care every step of the way.
