The information is laid out in easy to digest bite size pieces and made all the information so easy to comprehend. The video was super helpful and really made this course well rounded. I have read up on red light therapy and seen diagrams and thought I had a decent basic understanding of how it worked, but the video really made things click in my head. I highly recommend this course for anyone interested in learning more about red light therapy.
