I have had my wand for several months and use it daily. I use silver/aloe gel to my face and then use the wand. The silver enhances conduction and the aloe moisturizes. It's a great start to my day.
I began using the face wand as a torch because I hadn't purchased the torch yet. I continue to use it as a torch rather than on my face (I use the tabletop panel for my face). I have a Pilar cyst on my scalp that gets inflamed regularly and the vibration from the face wand is more effective than the light from the panel and torch torch. I like that it's portable (slip it in your purse) and is rechargeable.

I have been using it on my feet while I work! I have a desk job and my feet get swollen during the day so I decided to buy this wrap with the stands and it’s perfect! I just set it and forget it!
I am very new to RLT and started incorporating RLT after attending the Mitochondrial Energy Summit a few weeks ago. I purchased the torch because it was on sale and the ability to use it as a spot treatment without the need to get fully undressed like the tabletop panel appealed to me. A few things to mention are that a thoughtfully designed case is included along with 2 batteries, charger, cleaning cloth, torch cover, fiber head attachment, manual, sunglasses (better than the goggles that came with the table top) and acupuncture chart. If that wasn't enough the torch has blue light and a pulsing setting. Sandra sent a personal thank you with the torch and is very responsive to any emails I sent. Since starting RLT I've purchased all of my devices from Light Therapy Resources. I've used the torch for a painful joint in my big toe, and experienced immediate relief. I'm excited for the neck wrap to arrive so I can begin using that on my neck where I hold alot of pain from spinal surgery along time ago.
This red light therapy band has been so helpful in giving my husband and I relief from our “over 50 year olds” aches and pains. It’s easy to wrap around any body part that hurts, he uses it mostly on his elbow and I use it on my knees after line dancing. It’s super easy to travel with too, we pack it up and carry it with us on every camping/hiking trip in case we need it after long hikes. 10/10 recommend this one!
